- When will my order be delivered?
Due to your chosen payment method processing time and delivery may vary between 2-5 business days.
Currently we offer 4 types of payment methods on our website.
- Cash on delivery – processing and delivery est. 2-3 business days
- POS on delivery – processing and delivery est. 2-3 business days
- Uni5pay – processing and delivery after payment is verified est. 2 business days
- Direct bank transfer – processing and delivery after payment is verified est. 2 business days
Note that this is an estimated time. This estimate does not include natural disasters or delays caused by the carrier in which Sass’d Accessories does not take responsibility for. Further details and communication will proceed via email or text/app messages. Do you need your order earlier than the time frames above, please contact us for a rush order placement. Note that this may entail higher delivery costs.
- I just placed an order and placed the incorrect address, Help!
Oh No! Sass’d Accessories recommends to always review, verify and confirm inputted addresses at time the order is placed. If your order has not been delivered, modification of your address will be available. Just send us an app or text as soon as possible at 597-8535300. Unfortunately if your order has been delivered, Sass’d Accessories is not responsible for any incorrect inputted addresses provided at time the order was placed. Although, at delivery a signature is required when the package arrives. If there is any inconsistency in the name provided we will contact you. You will also receive a notification the day your delivery is scheduled.
- Do you deliver in every district of Suriname?
Unfortunately we now only deliver in Paramaribo and its near surroundings. If you live in one of the districts or far out of the city and don’t have a correspondence address in the city, contact us before placing your order so we can find an alternative.
- What does Pre-Sale mean?
An item available for purchase via Pre-Sale prior to the arrival of the item, is an assurance that your order is accounted for in the receiving quantity as we do sell out quickly or an item is customized. - What payment methods do you accept?

- I paid with Uni5pay/direct bank transfer. When will my package be delivered?
If a payment was processed using Uni5pay or a bank transfer, this payment method takes up to 2-4 business days for the payment to clear. Once your payment clears, your order will be processed for delivery within 2 business days.
- I am not happy with my purchase, what can I do!
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we are sorry to hear that. We are willing to help you find another item in our collection that will bring you joy and you surely will love. To be eligible for a return or exchange, please contact us within 48 hours after having received your delivery on our hotline number 597-8535300. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, unwashed, unworn, undamaged, with all tags attached. It must also be in the original packaging.
Sale merchandise, press on nails, clearance items and gift cards / e-gift cards are all final sale items and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless otherwise stated.
An item may be returned or exchanged as long as it complies with policy above.
Our policy lasts 48 hours. If 48 hours have gone by since the delivery of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund in store credit or exchange.
We do not offer cash refunds. All refunds are in store credit.
Please do not send your items back to the returns address before contacting us about your issue.

- Can I cancel my order?
Orders are delivered within 2-5 business days. At this time-frame you can simply cancel your order by sending us an email or message. If your order has been delivered you will need to refuse the package at time of delivery and have it returned with the carrier. Once Sass’d receives this return package a refund in the form of your payment method will be issued for the item returned. Note that the delivery costs will be deducted.
- How long does my refund take to process?
Once we confirmed a refund has been processed due to an order cancellation, it typically takes up to 5-7 business days for a refund to be credited back to your original form of payment. Please note that the estimate provided above is a general estimate, ultimately, processing time frame all depends on your banks personal policies.
If it is a refund in store credit, you will immediately receive that after confirmation. Please check out our Return Policy for more information.
- I received the incorrect order, Help!
Oh no! We do our best to get your order to you in perfect condition, but we do understand that mistakes do occur. As we value your complete satisfaction, our top priority is your experience with us! - Can I modify or add to my current order?
No, unfortunately we cannot modify orders once they have been placed. If you want to add something on to your order after already being through the complete checkout procedure, you will have to place another order for that extra item. Please do fill in the comment section box below the checkout procedure that the second order is an add-on to your previous order, so we can deduct the extra delivery costs. This only applies if both orders need to be delivered to the same address.
