We stand behind our jewelry and accessories and want you to be satisfied with your purchases and experiences with us, and hope that each piece you choose is special to you. We will always strive to take care of you by treating you fairly and honestly – and we trust you will treat us the same way.
**Returns**
All of our jewelry and accessories go through a quality inspection before packaging and delivery. We strongly advise you to verify your order directly after delivery. Should you receive damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s), please contact us within 48 hours after having received your delivery on our hotline number 597-8535300 or email us at customercare@sassd.a2hosted.com. Further instructions and details about the returns location for your items, will be shared with you afterwards. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If you are approved, then your return or exchange will be processed. You will be responsible for paying for your own delivery costs for returning your item.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, unwashed, unworn, with all tags attached. It must also be in the original packaging.
All returned items must be accompanied by the receipt.
To ensure proper processing, please specify the damage, defect, or wrong item(s) in your text or email. Upon receipt of your return, we will inspect your merchandise to confirm that the item is damaged, defective and/or the wrong item. If you would like a replacement of the item(s), please notify us also in your text or email. We will gladly send out a replacement of the original item(s) purchased, at no cost, as long as the merchandise is available. If the merchandise is not available for an exchange, you will receive a refund in the form of store credit. Your refund will be applicable for the amount of your merchandise only. Not for the delivery costs.
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we are sorry to hear that. We are willing to help you find another item in our collection that will bring you joy and you surely will love. Sale merchandise, press on nails, clearance items and gift cards / e-gift cards are all final sale items and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless otherwise stated.
An item may be returned or exchanged as long as it complies with policy above.
Our policy lasts 48 hours. If 48 hours have gone by since the delivery of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund in store credit or exchange.
We do not offer cash refunds. All refunds are in store credit.
Please do not send your items back to the returns address before contacting us about your issue.
